June 18-23:  Totus Tuus 

Totus Tuus, the Catholic summer day camp for children and youth, will be held at St. Peter Parish from June 18-23, 2017. Program for teens from Sunday through Thursday evening. June 25:  3rd Annual Priests' Softball Game 

The third annual I-80 Collar Series softball game between Archdiocese of Omaha priests and priests from the Diocese of Lincoln will be played on Sunday, June 25 at Haymarket Park in Lincoln this year. Game time is 6 pm. Tailgaters are invited to gather at 1 pm and spend the afternoon. For more information or to purchase tickets online, please click here

October 4:  Holy Hour for Vocations

All are invited to a Holy Hour with Archbishop George Lucas in St. Peter Church on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 7:00 pm. There will be Eucharistic Exposition and Benediction, and the recitation of the Holy Rosary. Prayers will be offered for vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. A reception with cookies and beverages will follow in McMahon Hall. Sponsored by the West Omaha Serra Club. 

St. Peter Youth Group Schedule 

  • St. Peter Youth Group meets on Wednesdays in McMahon Hall. 6:30 pm Gathering, 7:00 pm Presentation, followed by social activity in the gym. Pickup is at 9:00 pm in St. Peter School gym. 
  • "Dinner and a Movie" is offered about once per month on Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in McMahon Hall. Cost is $5.00 for pizza and snacks.

Important Opt-out Form for Students in Omaha Public Schools  

If you have a child attending Omaha Public Schools, there is an important form to Opt-out of its new comprehensive sex education classes that will be taught to Omaha Public School students in grades 4-8 and 10 beginning in the Fall of 2016. There is information in the program that is contrary to the Catholic Faith, and may morally harm children. Please contact the parish office for a copy of the form, orclick here

In this new full-color hardcover book, Rev. Damien Cook takes you on a guided tour of St. Peter's - one of the oldest and most beautiful churches in the Archdiocese of Omaha. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix released for the first time ever in its history a documentary-style short film that seeks to create awareness of a crisis in masculinity found in today's society.
