Totus Tuus:  June 16-21, 2019 

Registration is now open for Totus Tuus summer camp for children and teens to be offered at St. Peter Parish. 

  • Grades 1-6: (For children entering grades 1-6 in the fall.) Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Cost is $25 for one child, or $50 for a family. Bring a sack lunch each day. Please bring a snack to share on the first day.
  • Junior High and High School ages: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00-9:00 pm. Registration forms and Medical Liability forms are still needed.
  • Parish Potluck Dinner: Date to be announced. 5:00 pm-7:00 pm in the St. Peter Parish Hall. RSVP is due by Monday morning, June 17.

Totus Tuus Enrollment Forms and Medical Liability Forms

Enrollment and Medical Liability forms are needed for all children and teens. The forms may be downloaded below, and are available in the parish office. Please return the completed forms and fees to the parish office. Make checks payable to St. Peter Church.

SIGN-UP Site - Totus Tuus Service Opportunities

1) We are looking for homes for the Totus Tuus team (two seminarians and one or two women) to stay in while they are here for Totus Tuus June 15-21. Please contact Deacon Zak if you are willing to provide this while they are here at St. Peter’s.

Adult Helpers Totus Tuus 2019

2)  We also need Adult Helpers for the grade school program Monday-Friday, June 17-21. We need at least two from 8:00 am-Noon daily and two from Noon-3:00 pm daily. We have a Sign-Up Genius link created where you can sign up for dates and times. We have several youth who will be assigned to the classrooms to help the Totus Tuus Team and 2 or 3 youth to help the adults with other duties. If you have questions, please contact Deacon Zak.

Altar Boys' Summer Appreciation Day:  July 11, 2019

All currently serving altar boys of St. Peter Church are invited to a summer appreciation event on Thursday, July 11 from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm in Cryer Swimming Pool, 11783 Cryer Ave, Omaha. Each family is asked to bring a side dish  to share. Permission forms are available in the sacristy and parish office, or may be downloaded at stpeterchurch.net. The required permission forms are due in the parish office by Friday, July 5. Hosted by the Knights of Columbus.

Important Opt-out Form for Students in Omaha Public Schools  

If you have a child attending Omaha Public Schools, there is an important form to Opt-out of its new comprehensive sex education classes that are taught to Omaha Public School students in grades 4-8 and 10. There is information in the program that is contrary to the Catholic Faith, and may morally harm children. Please contact the parish office for a copy of the form, or click here
