July 3, 2015 - Friday Eucharistic Adoration Canceled on July 3rd

The Eucharistic Adoration is canceled on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Fourth of July weekend. Eucharistic Adoration will resume on Friday, July 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Adorers and parishioners may enter the church any time through the O'Brien Hall door with the code; please contact the parish office for the code. We regret any inconvenience. Have a blessed Fourth of July weekend and please remember to pray for our country. 

June and July, 2015 - Altar Server Training Postponed

The training for new and veteran altar servers originally scheduled for June and July, 2015, has been postponed. New training dates will be announced after the arrival of our new Pastor, Fr. John Broheimer, and our new Parochial Vicar, Fr. Gregory Carl, in August, 2015. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Pastors and Parochial Vicars of St. Peter Catholic Church

Fr. Cook's last day as Pastor of St. Peter Catholic Church was on April 30, 2015. Fr. Rheo Ofalsa will begin serving as Parish Administrator on May 1, 2015, and Fr. Oscar Perez will continue serving as our temporary Parochial Vicar. Fr. John Broheimer will be appointed as the next pastor of St. Peter Church in the near future. Fr. Gregory Carl will be appointed as our next Parochial Vicar. Please pray for Fr. Cook, Fr. Broheimer, Fr. Ofalsa and Fr. Perez, Fr. Carl, and Fr. Loi during this time of transition.  

October 29 through November 8, 2015 - Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

Fr. Damien Cook, pastor of St. Peter Parish in Omaha, and Fr. Carl Zoucha, pastor of Divine Mercy Parish in Schuyler, will be the spiritual directors for a Pilgrimage to the Holy Land from Omaha leaving on Thursday, October 29, 2015, and returning on Sunday, November 8, 2015.
